It is standard procedure in The Netherlands that a landlord asks for proof of regular income.
Copies of identity papers are required before a rental agreement can be signed.
You will only be charged for our services when mediation by Capital
results in a rental agreement.
The keys are handed over as soon as the rental agreement has been signed and the following payments have been made:
- First month rent (or part of the first month)
- Deposit (usually equals one or two month’s rent)
- The mediation fee to Capital
